Recording a bounced check

Recording a bounced check

To record a bounced check:
  1. Navigate to the applicable payment (i.e., from the "billing" tab in the client's profile, from the applicable invoice, or from the "payments" tab in the Billing dashboard)
  2. Click on the gear icon for the payment, and select "delete payment"
  3. If you wish to apply a bounced check fee (or other fee), add that item to the applicable invoice (you may need to add this item to your inventory first)
  4. Record the new payment
You may want to make a note about deleting the prior payment in the new payment.
