Recording a bounced check
To record a bounced check:
- Navigate to the applicable payment (i.e., from the "billing" tab in the client's profile, from the applicable invoice, or from the "payments" tab in the Billing dashboard)
- Click on the gear icon for the payment, and select "delete payment"
- If you wish to apply a bounced check fee (or other fee), add that item to the applicable invoice (you may need to add this item to your inventory first)
- Record the new payment
You may want to make a note about deleting the prior payment in the new payment.
