Converting consent forms into PDF

Converting consent forms into PDF

Wanting to convert a consent form into a PDF within Vetter? In this article, we will go over how to do so!

The clinic will first need to create a new letter, please review the steps below. After that is pre-made, the clinic can copy and paste the text within the PDF/document into that new letter.

The clinic will want to use the variables listed to the left for auto-filled options. Each section has multiple options to select from, one favorite is the "signature field" under "Letter information". Clinics can have their clients sign any consent form via an Ipad, Air tablet, or computer!
