Enabling 3rd-Party Cookies, Clearing Cache/Cookies to troubleshoot the Idexx Integration (Google Chrome)

In order to enable 3rd-party cookies, first navigate to Vetter and look to your address bar. On the far right side of your address bar you will see an icon that looks like an eye with a slash through it.

Click the eye, then "Site not working?" from the dialog that appears.

Then "Allow Cookies" from the next dialog.
Next, it's time to verify settings and clear the cache and cookies on your browser.

Open settings in Chrome by navigating to the top right of your browser. You will find a symbol with 3 vertical dots. Click on the symbol, and then select "Settings" from the menu that appears.

Once inside of the settings menu, navigate to the section "Privacy and Security"

Then, click on "Cookies and other site data".

Next, scroll down and ensure that you see this web address in the section "Sites that can always use cookies". If you don't see this web address here, use the "Add" button to add this address: https://www.vettersoftware.com/

Next, navigate back to the "Privacy and Security" section by going back on the menu, or clicking the section on the left side. From the "Privacy and Security" section, select "Clear browsing data".

Select the options "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files", set the time range to "All time" and click "Clear data"
