Preventing staff from logging in after-hours

Preventing staff from logging in after-hours

Staff can be locked out of logging into your account outside of practice hours.  This configuration is applied to individual staff profiles, but depends on your practice hours being set.  If an individual who does not have permission to log into your account after hours attempts to log in, he/she will be shown a message asking him/her to contact the practice administrator.

To set practice hours:
  1. Click on "Settings"
  2. Click on "configurations" and select "view clinic hours"
  3. Set the hours as applicable
  4. Click "save"
To restrict (or permit) staff member's access after-hours:
  1. Click on "Settings"
  2. Click on "staff" and select "view staff"
  3. Click on the applicable staff member's name
  4. Click on "edit profile"
  5. Change the "after-hours" field as desired
  6. Click "save + done"
