Printing reminder postcards

The "Reminders Detail" report provides a quick and easy way to generate reminder postcards for your clients.  Postcards can be printed for any reminder type (i.e., email, text (SMS), or phone), but setting a "mail" reminder preference in a client's profile is a great way to minimize the number of postcards you print, and also target the postcards at clients who actually want to receive them.  For more information about setting a client's reminder preferences, please see managing a client's reminder preferences.

To print postcard reminders:
  1. Click on "Reports"
  2. Click on "communications"
  3. Click on "Reminders Detail"
  4. Click on "filter" to display the reminders you want to print (you can print postcards for any reminder type)
  5. Uncheck the box next to any reminder you wish to exclude
  6. Click on "actions" and select "print reminder cards for selected"
  7. The postcards will be generated in PDF format in a new browser tab
  8. Print the postcards
Reminders for the same client will be automatically grouped into a single postcard.
