Setting up and Managing Rooms

You may need to set up rooms or different treatment areas if you are utilizing the boarding module, treatment board, or the census feature to indicate where patients are located in the clinic. 

To set up a new room or view created rooms:
  1. Navigate to the "Settings" module
  2. Click on the "Configurations" tab
  3. Select "New Room"
  4. You can also view any created rooms by selecting "View Rooms" under "Configurations"
        

When creating a new room, you can name it accordingly, then choose the room type:



You can also view the created rooms to edit or delete any existing rooms:



If you are using the boarding add-on, you will see additional options for room types and additional settings:
