Updating the credit card on file for your subscription

Updating the credit card on file for your subscription

If you received an email that the credit card on file for your account has been declined, please update your card information as follows:
  1. Click on Settings
  2. Click on "subscriptions" and select "add payment method"
  3. Complete the form that appears - please set the new card as primary
  4. Click "save"
