How do tasks work for labs
In this article, we will go over the tasks that are automatically generated.
- For the labs, the task automatically gets assigned to the doctor that ordered it.
- If it is unassigned, then the task will go to the oldest existing admin account on file by default
- For the unassigned, the clinic can reassign those to a different admin if they don't want to get all of the unassigned lab tasks (our techinal support team can help with that request)
